1. Scope and provider
These terms apply to ticket purchases for the RiddleAlley city trail “Mitte” on riddlealley.de. Provider: [company name / owner], [address], e-mail: hello@riddlealley.de.
2. What a ticket includes
One ticket entitles a team of 2–5 players to a single run of the “Mitte” trail: approx. 1.8 km, approx. 90 minutes, 8 riddles, played in a smartphone browser. In presale, the trail is playable from 20 November 2026.
3. Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded via the checkout (Stripe Checkout): ticket selection, payment, order confirmation by e-mail. [Add detail on the order of payment and acceptance].
4. Prices and payment
A ticket costs €34.99 per team including VAT. Payment is handled by Stripe. [Add accepted payment methods].
5. Delivery and availability
Your personal game link is emailed on the morning of 20 November 2026 to the address used at purchase. The ticket is playable [add validity period, e.g. for 12 months] after issue. Requirements: a smartphone with a current browser and mobile data.
6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. 7. Liability
